When will I receive my order?
For U.S buyers we ship with USPS and it takes between 5 to 21 days to receive a package after an order is made. Please be aware that between November and January, the postal services are extremely busy and there might have some delays that we have no control over. We advise you to make your purchases as early as possible to ensure you get them on time.
For all deliveries, we use registered international air mail from our international suppliers. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (of a business day) upon receipt of payment. Within 7 days, you will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information and estimated costs.

Can I cancel/change my order/address?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week.
